Within the building, there are five apartments or studios, all of which are air-conditioned, and equipped with an LCD satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Some of them also offer a balcony with a sea view and a washing machine.
